Delivery Information
At OfficeFurniture.lk, we strive to deliver your new furniture as quickly and safely as possible. We maintain our own fleet of delivery vehicles to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.
- Colombo & Suburbs: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
- Outstation: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
- Assembly: Free on-site assembly is provided for all major items by our professional installation team.
Shipping Rates
We offer free delivery within the Western Province for orders exceeding LKR 50,000. For orders below this threshold or outside the Western Province, a standard flat-rate delivery fee applies based on your district, calculated at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase must be presented.
- Custom-made or specially ordered items are non-refundable.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your furniture upon delivery. If any item arrives damaged, please notify our delivery team immediately or contact our customer support within 24 hours. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or repair covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
